b) Servo Reverse Function (REV)
Depending on the installation position and steering in the model, you may have to change the rotation direction of a
servo. When you turn the steering wheel on the transmitter (see figure 1, item 9) to the left, but the vehicle steers to the
right, you must activate the Reverse function for channel 1 (CH1).
Changing the servo rotation direction
Switch on the transmitter. On the transmitter's LC display the operating dis-
play will appear.
Press the Enter button to enter the programming menu. The menu item for
model memory selection (MDL) is displayed.
Use the cursor button (up/down) to call the menu item for the servo reserve
function (REV).
Now use the Enter button to activate the menu item. The display shows chan-
nel 1 (CH1) for the steering function and the currently set rotational direction.
Use the cursor button (up/down) to switch the rotational direction of the steer-
ing servo from "normal" (NOR) to "reverse" (REV).
If required, use the cursor button (right/left) to switch to channel 2 (CH2) for
the driving function. The rotational direction of the throttle servo or the reac-
tion of a motor controller (forwards/backwards) is also switched with the cur-
sor button (up/down).
The same principle can be applied to switch the rotational direction of the
servo connected to channel 3 (CH3) as well.
When all servos have the desired rotational direction, store your settings by
pressing Enter. The display returns to the programming menu.
Use ESC to leave the programming menu again.
