Automatic Editing
Determine the edit mode.
Although, there are total of four edit points, only three of them are required to perform
the automatic editing.
Perform the following procedures to edit with the three points.

Select assemble editing or insert editing.

Set the CTL/TC/DIAL MENU
selector as follows:
CTL: when a CTL signal is used as the reference.
TC:
when a time code signal is used as the reference.
(only when
BKU-905
is installed)
e After entering edit points, do not change this selection until you complete the
editing.
2 Press the RECORDERI/DATA button.
The RECORDER
lamp lights up.
3 To perform assemble editing
Press the ASSEMBLE
button.
The ASSEMBLE
lamp lights up.
To perform insert editing
First, select the signal: VIDEO, AUDIO CH-1 or AUDIO CH-2 from the group of
INSERT buttons. Then press the desired button(s). The corresponding lamp(s) will
light up.
