Edit Modes
The BVU-950 is equipped with the following edit modes. Editing operations differ from
mode to mode as listed below.
e Automatic editing (on page 42)
You can automatically edit when edit points on a player and a recorder have been
entered.
¢ Quick editing (on page 49)
You can enter edit points in the preview mode.
¢ Continuous editing (on page 50)
You can continuously edit by entering an edit point only on the player.
e Split editing (on page 51)
You can independently insert video and audio signals at each edit-IN point.
e Editing with a live source (on page 53)
You can edit material supplied by a camera.
e Manual editing (on page 55)
e Editing with another source (on page 56)
e Editing using an editing control unit (on page 57)
Use a BVE series editing control unit.
