waveform.
Step Action

Turn off the UUT. Connect the Frequency Counter to the output as
shown above.

Turn on the UUT. Program output to RANGE 155 V,VOLT 20, FREQ 500

Record the output frequency reading from counter
DC Voltage Programming and Readback Accuracy
This test verifies the DC voltage programming and front panel readback functions are within
specifications.
Step Action
1
Turn off the UUT. Connect the DMM directly to the output terminals. The DMM
negative lead is connected to the Neutral output terminal.

Turn on UUT. Program output to RANGE 155 V, VOLT 0, OUTP:COUP DC,
OFFSET 219

Record DC voltage at DMM and readback from front panel display.

Program output to RANGE 310 V, VOLT 0, OUTP:COUP DC, OFFSET 438

Record DC voltage at DMM and readback from front panel display.
DC Current Measurement Accuracy
This test verifies that the DC voltage programming and front-panel readback functions are within
specifications.
Step Action

Turn off the UUT and connect the appropriate load resistor, DC current shunt
and DMM as shown in the diagram above.

Turn on UUT. Program output voltage to RANGE 155 V, VOLT 0, OUTP:COUP
DC, OFFSET 64.

Record DVM reading and calculate current.
