SCPI Error Messages
The error messages below are in the following format, with a numeric error code and a quoted error
string separated by a comma:
-222,"Data out of range"
The error/event queue is empty and returns 0,"No error" when the *CLS common command is sent, the
last item in the error queue is read, or the instrument cycles power.

An IEEE 488 syntax error has been detected by the instrument's parser.
An error has been detected by the instrument's execution control block.
A device-specific error has been detected, possibly related to a hardware failure.
The instrument's output queue control has detected a problem with the message
exchange protocol.
An error in the instrument's operation has occurred, such as a settings conflict or
an attempt to execute a command when the instrument is in an incorrect mode.
A self-test error has occurred.
