Check the antifreeze every year before the cold season sets in
Information!
Dirt on the radiator fins reduces the radiator's heat dissipation capacity and
can cause damage to the diesel engine!
• Check and if necessary clean the radiator once a day.
• In dusty or dirty work conditions, clean more frequently than indicated in the
maintenance plans.
Information!
In order to ensure the radiator's optimal cooling capacity, do not damage the
radiator fins as you clean them with a compressed-air gun!
• Maintain a sufficient distance from the radiator to avoid damage to the radiator fins.
• Use oil-free compressed air (2 bar/29 psi max.) to clean.
Radiator A is located on the left-hand side under the engine cover.

Stop the machine on firm, level and horizontal ground

Position the boom straight ahead at the center of the machine

Lower the stabilizer blade to the ground

Stop the engine
5
Raise the lock lever
6
Remove the starting key and carry it with you
7
Let the engine and the coolant cool down

Open the engine cover
9
Remove dust and other foreign bodies from the radiator fins with compressed air
