to the manufacturer limited
vehicle warranty
The Use and Maintenance Manual in-
cludes information on the noise and
emissions warranties, but does not men-
tion anything regarding the standard war-
ranty for the motorcycle and it compo-
nents. However, the Use and Mainte-
nance Manual in its current form states
that "This warranty completes the Apri-
lia limited warranty on the motorcycle.
VI - Additional information
Any spare part with comparable perform-
ance and life may be used for mainte-
nance repairs. However, Aprilia does not
assume any responsibility for these
parts. The owner is responsible for per-
formance of all scheduled maintenance.
This maintenance may be performed by
an Authorized Aprilia Dealer or by the
owner. The warranty is valid from the first
delivery date to a retail customer.

Le Manuel d'Utilisation et d'Entretien con-
tient des informations sur les garanties
concernant le bruit et les émissions, mais
ne mentionne rien en ce qui concerne la
garantie standard pour le motocycle et
ses composants. En tout cas, le Manuel
d'Utilisation et d'Entretien sous sa forme
actuelle atteste que cette garantie com-
plète la garantie limitée d'Aprilia concer-
nant le motocycle.
VI - Ultérieures informations
Toute pièce de rechange ayant des per-
formances et une durée équivalentes
pourra être utilisée pour effectuer n'im-
porte quelle réparation d'entretien. Tou-
tefois, Aprilia n'assume aucune respon-
sabilité concernant ces pièces. Le
propriétaire est responsable de l'exécu-
tion de tout l'entretien prévu. Cet entre-
tien peut être effectué par un revendeur
autorisé Aprilia ou bien par le/la proprié-
taire même. La garantie entre en vigueur
à partir de la date de livraison à un client
au détail.
