12.2 MAC Learning and Aging
The MAC learning limit can be set up to 8191 addresses per port. The aging time can be set to 0 (no aging) or up to 1,000,000 seconds.

12.2.1 MAC Learning Limit
To change a single port, select the port number. Next, enter the Learning Range from 0-8191 (8191 is default learning range). Click "Save"
to save the settings. To configure learning on multiple ports, click and drag the cursor over multiple ports or use the "Select all" or "Select all
others" options to select ports. Enter the MAC Learning Limit for the ports, up to 8191 entries. Click "Save" to save settings.
12.2.2 MAC Address Aging Time
The aging time can be set to 0 (no aging) or up to 1,000,000 seconds (default setting is 300 seconds). Click "Save" to save settings.

12.3 MAC Address Filtering
To ensure a MAC address cannot access incoming or outgoing communication through the switch, perform the following steps:
1. MAC Address – Enter the MAC address to which filtering will apply
2. VLAN – Enter the VLAN ID
3. Filtering direction – Determine if the filtering will be from the source, the destination, or both.
4. Click "Save" to add to the MAC address filter to the list.
To delete a filter, click the
icon next to the filtered MAC address entry.
