11. Quality of Service (QoS) Management
Quality of Service ensures that the most import network traffic (e.g., VoIP , IP cameras, etc.) gets through the switch with the least
interruption to its data transmission as possible. To give any network-capable device a higher transmission priority, QoS must be configured
on the switch. It is disabled by default. Follow the steps below to configure the port for device traffic that requires QoS.
11.1 QoS Remark
Select QoS
Remark. Under the QoS Multi-Label section you can set the Rule Index, Operation Type, Value Type, Value, Service Class
Mapping or Priority Remark to one port or multiple ports (Figure 11.1). To apply the rule to a port or set of ports, click "Save." To discard the
configuration click "Cancel." The box below shows the parameters for each QoS rule:

Apply rule to one or more ports by selecting an individual
port, selecting all, or selecting all others.
Click "Save" to apply the rule or Cancel to discard changes.
