13.1.5 View Rule List

Once the view name is configured, select the Green icon to add a new view rule (Figure 13.5).

13.1.6 Edit View Rule

To include or exclude a view in a rule (Figure 13.5), follow the steps below:
1. MIB Subtree OID – Enter the OID desired for filtering for the view name (limit: 64 characters).
2. Subtree Mask – Enter the subtree mask OID if required.
3. Click "Save" to save the changes or "Exit" to discard.

Note: Excluding by using a rule is not an effective method to filter the view. This setting may cause undesired results.

13.1.7 Group Configuration

Create the SNMP groups to which the view rules will apply.
