13. Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) Management
To edit a History Group configuration, click the "Edit" icon to make changes (Figure 13.17). Click "Save" to save changes or "Exit" to discard.

To delete a history group configuration, click on the red
icon next the history group entry to be deleted, or put a checkmark in the box
next to the entry and click the "Delete Selected History Group" icon. Once confirmed, the history group entry will be deleted. To delete
multiple history groups, click the checkbox next to each of the entries to be deleted, then click the "Delete Selected History Group" icon.
Once confirmed, the selected history group entries will be deleted.

13.2.3 Event Group

The Event Group defines event triggers and allows you to set alarms to record them. To configure, go to SNMP
RMON Config
Event
Config, then follow the steps below (Figure 13.18):
1. Index – Enter the index number within the value range of 1~65535.
2. Description – Enter the description of the event group (limit: 30 characters).
3. Owner – Enter the owner of the Event Group (limit: 30 characters).
4. Action – Enter a checkmark to log the event, send an SNMP trap for the event or both.
5. Click "Save" to add the event group to the list. Click "Exit" to discard configuration.
