BURNING DATA

If you have not already done so, please
NOTE:
connect a USB device to the system.
1. Click BURN. The system scans for
recorded data based on your selected
criteria. The size of the archive data
appears under "ARCHIVE INFO."

2. Under DEVICE select your backup media.
3. Under BURNING TYPE, select BURN or
ERASE&BURN.
If you select BURN, the archive data
NOTE:
copies onto your USB device. If you select
ERASE&BURN, the system will first erase
any existing data on the USB device, and
then burn the archive data.
4. Click START.
• The system begins to copy video data onto
the USB device.
• Once copying is finished, the Burning
window will close.
The recorded data is written to the

USB device in AVI format. The system also
copies a Backup player to view the video files
on your PC, as well as an AVI codec that
allows you to view the video files in Windows
TM
Media Player

RESERVING DATA

Reserving data allows you to save queried
video data to an AVI archive list for burning or
future reference. Reserving data is similar to
adding a "Bookmark" of your video events.For
more details, see "Reserved Data
Management" on page 48.
To reserve data:
