5. Type (model type)
In this menu item, only the default setting [0] for winged model is displayed.
It is not possible to change to Model Types 1-3 for helicopters.
Only after changing over to helicopter models via the software is it possible to switch over in this menu item between
the individual helicopter types 1 (H-120), 2 (H-90) and 3 (H-140), depending on the arrangement of the swash plate
servos under 120°, 90° (as single servos) or 140°.

Change to Model Type 1, 2 or 3, whichever you use, following the instructions in the section
„Programming the transmitter with the PC software".

When the transmitter is switched on, the following information is shown on the display (c-f for Mode 2):
The settings described in the following can be made either using the control elements for the
transmitter or via the software that comes with the system.
More far-reaching programming of the transmitter has to be done on a PC using the software
included. (See the section „More far-reaching programming of the transmitter with the PC soft-
ware").
In addition, the allocation of functions for the transmitter's control elements can also be indivi-
dually set on a PC. Under some circumstances a mechanical alteration of the control sticks also
has to be made to do this.
