NOTE!
After cleaning the protective glass,
make sure that the side that had welding
spatter on it is now facing downwards.
Explanation:

Even after the protective glass has been
cleaned, residual welding spatter will still
stick to the glass. For this reason, the previ-
ously soiled side must not be allowed
anywhere near the optics system, as the re-
sidual spatter would evaporate and con-
dense onto the optics system.
Insert the protective glass (3) into pro-

tective-glass holder (1)
Re-fit the protective-glass holder (1)

using the fastening screws (2)
Turn each of the fastening screws (2) a
3
quarter of a turn to the right

NOTE!
When replacing the LaserHybrid hose-
pack, incline the LaserHybrid head as
shown in the figure, so that the welding
torch (4) is above the connection (5) for
the LaserHybrid hosepack.
Explanation:

If there is still any coolant in the hosepack,
this would run into the welding torch and
contaminate the gas nozzle and the contact
tip.
