Troubleshooting of the winch system
Problem
The product does not
move up or down.
The winch motor on-
ly rotates when you
push the movement
lever forward or rear-
ward.
The product moves
down but does not
move up. The winch
motor only rotates
when you push the
movement lever for-
ward.
The product moves
up but does not move
down. The winch mo-
tor only rotates when
you push the move-
ment lever rearward.
The product moves
up but does not move
down. The winch mo-
tor does not rotate
when you push the
movement lever rear-
ward.

Cause
WARNING:

There is a blockage of the steel wire rope in
the winch. The steel wire rope is damaged or
caught in the winch.
The safety device releases because the steel
wire rope or the winch is damaged.
A cable or hose is caught on an obstacle.

There is too much load and the load-limiting
device stops the up movement.
There is an error in the ON current circuit of
the electrical enclosure.
There is an outage on a phase.
The brake rectifier does not operate correct-
ly.
WARNING:
An obstacle causes a blockage in the system
or a cable or hose is caught on an obstacle.
There is an error in the down circuit of the
electrical enclosure.
Solution
Stop the operation immediately. Do not continue to use the
