2. Loosen the bolts (A) and (B) of the lower casters.
3. Loosen the bolt (C) of the top caster.

4. Adjust the position of the casters to 10–20 mm/0.4–
0.8 in. from the surface and tighten the bolts.
To do a pairing operation
It is necessary to do a pairing operation between the
product and the remote control each time you start the
product.
1. Set the power switch on the product to the ON
position.
WARNING:

2. Turn the emergency stop button on the remote
control to start it.

3. Push the button for pairing operation (A) to pair
the remote control to the product. Make sure that
the message "Radio Error" disappears and that the
frequency and amperage values for the left and right
blast motor show on the display.

To do a test lift of the product
Before you do the test lift it is necessary to do these
procedures:
To adjust the distance between the steel wire ropes

To align the abrasive material seal with the surface

To adjust the casters on page 17

To do a check of the proximity switch on page 10
•
1. Do a pairing operation. Refer to
operation on page 18 .
WARNING:

2. Set a low drive speed on the remote control.
3. Move the product up 10 cm/4 in. from the ground
with the remote control. Release the lever to stop the
movement.
4. Do a check of all connections and the rigging
system.
