WARNING:
maintenance, stop the motor and disconnect
the power plug from the power supply. Make
sure that all drives stop and let the product
become cool.
For all servicing and repair work on the product, special
training is necessary. We guarantee the availability of
professional repairs and servicing. If your dealer is not
a service agent, speak to them for information about the
nearest service agent.
General product maintenance
Make sure that nuts and bolts are
tight. Do this also 12 h after serv-
icing and repairs.
Empty the dust collector.
Do a check of the separator, the
valves for the abrasive material
and the blast wheel area for ob-
stacles and contamination.
Make sure that the power plug
and extension cable are in good
condition and not damaged.
Do a check of the electrical com-
ponents, the cables, and the con-
nections for wear, dirt and dam-
ages.
Do a check of the RCD.
Examine the motors for dirt and
damage.
Make sure that the dust extrac-
tion hose is not damaged and
that there is no blockage.
Clean the product.
Do a check of all safety devices.
Do a check of the abrasive mate-
rial seal for wear.
Do a check of the control cage,
blast wheel and liners for wear.
Make sure that the dust collector
operates correctly.
Do the daily maintenance of the
remote control.
Do a check of the winches, the
steel wire ropes and the shack-
les.
