15. Operate the product down and then release the
movement lever and close the valves for the
abrasive material.
16. Turn the handle on the 2-way valve to decrease the
suction. The product releases from the surface.
17. Move the rigging system to the right.
18. Continue the procedure in the same way until the
operation is finished.
a) Monitor the dust collector during the operation.
Refer to the operator's manual for the dust
collector for the necessary procedures.
Blast pattern
The blast pattern (A) is the surface that has received
treatment.

For a good result the hotspots must be equally applied
on the surface. If the hotspots are not correct, turn the

These are the conditions that have effect on the blast
pattern:
•
The direction of rotation of the blast wheel is correct.
•
Increased wear on the blast wheel, impeller and
control cage.
•
The dimension of the abrasive material. The
blast pattern must be adjusted when you change
dimension of the abrasive material.
•
The position of the lateral window in the control
cage.
•
Different types and hardness of the surface.
