5. Remove the 6 blast wheel blades. Do these steps for
each blade:
a) Hold a wooden or brass drift at the lowest
position of the blast wheel blade.
CAUTION:
hold the tool correctly. If the tool
is not at the lowest position, the
blast wheel blades become damaged
when you hit the tool.
b) Hit the tool to push the blast wheel blade in
direction of the center of the blast wheel.
c) Remove and discard the blast wheel blades.
6. Install 6 new blast wheel blades.
CAUTION:
the blast wheel, replace all 6 blast wheel
blades at the same time.
7. Install the other components in opposite sequence.
CAUTION:
when you install the impellers.
To replace the rubber seal in the valves
for the abrasive material
1. Remove the valves for the abrasive material. Refer

2. Connect the cable of the valves for the abrasive
material to a 12 V power supply (A) and wait until
the valve is fully open.

3. Disconnect the 12 V power supply (A).
4. Remove the rubber seal with a screwdriver.
5. Install a new rubber seal through one of the control
cage windows.
6. Push the rubber seal fully down.
7. Do the same procedure for the second valve for the
abrasive material.
8. Install the valves for the abrasive material.
9. Close the valves for the abrasive material with the
remote control.
