If the product has a drain hose, make sure that the
water flows freely and that the drain hose is not
clogged.
If the product has a drain valve, make sure that it is
installed correctly and is not clogged.
To do a check of the parts of the blast
wheel housing
1. Examine the impeller blades (A), the liners (B) and
the abrasive material seal (C).
2. Replace worn or damaged parts.
To do maintenance on the remote
control
WARNING:
from the remote control manufacturer
for all safety, servicing and maintenance
information.
Do these procedures daily:
a) Do a visual inspection of the rubber seals around
the controls.
b) Examine the switches and controls for damages.
c) Do a visual inspection of the remote control for
cracks and other damages.
d) Do a visual inspection of the remote control
harness.
e) Make sure that the battery lock operates
correctly.
f) Make sure that the manual stop button is easy to
move and not damaged.
g) Make sure that the LED indicators quickly flash 1
time when the remote control is set to ON.
h) Tilt the remote control 90 degrees to do a check
of the tilt function.
i)
Remove dust from the remote control with air.
Do these procedures weekly:

Read the instructions
a) Clean the battery terminals and the terminals in
the battery compartment and the battery charger.
Use a soft and dry cloth.
b) Clean the control panel of the remote control and
make sure that you can clearly read the print.
If there are any damages or the remote control does
not operate correctly, speak to an approved service
agent.
Let an approved service agent do a yearly servicing
of the remote control.
To examine the steel wire ropes
Examine the steel wire ropes before operation.
WARNING:
steel wire ropes during operation, do these
steps:
Stop immediately.
Safety all related equipment in
accordance with the standard EN 1808.
Replace the damaged parts.
1. Do a visual inspection of the steel wire ropes:
a) Make sure that there are not more than 11
broken wires over a length of 27 cm/10.5 in.
b) Make sure that there is not a strong formation of
corrosion on the surface of, or in, the steel wire
rope.
c) Make sure that there is no discoloration.
Discoloration is an indication of heat damage.
2. Measure the outer diameter of the steel wire ropes.
3. Make sure that the steel wire ropes do not have
damages.
The standard DIN 15020 gives these as the most
common damages:
Steel wire rope with corkscrew-like deformation.
Steel wire rope with bird-caging.
