5. Make sure that the product is level. If the product
tilts, lower it to the ground and adjust the rigging
system and steel wire ropes as necessary.
6. Move the product to the top of the vertical surface.
Make sure that the clamps (A) on the steel wire
ropes engage the limit switch at the correct height
(B).

7. Make sure that the power cord and the dust
extraction hose are not caught on obstacles on the
ground or along the vertical surface.
8. Move the product down.
9. Increase the drive speed on the remote control and
do a test lift again.
To select the correct speed
It is important to do the operation with correct drive
speed for best result. If the surface has different quality,
adjust the drive speed for an equal result. Examine the
result and adjust the speed if it is necessary.
•
Turn the speed control dial clockwise to increase the
speed.
•
Turn the speed control dial counterclockwise to
decrease the speed.

To start the product
1. Make sure that all steps in
the product on page 13 are done.
2. Turn the emergency stop button on the product and
on the remote control clockwise to make sure that
the emergency stop buttons are disengaged.
3. Start the dust collector. Refer to the operator's
manual for the dust collector.
4. Move the product up 10 cm/4 in. from the ground
with the remote control. Release the lever to stop the
movement.
5. Wait until the abrasive material seal is tightly against
the surface.
6. Make sure that the indicator for sufficient
underpressure (A) is on.
