GENERAL
The manual, like the Declaration of Conformity, is an integral part of the product and must accompany it at all times
when moving or reselling it. It is the user's responsibility to keep this documentation intact for reference throughout the
product's lifetime.
This document is supplied in electronic format and can be downloaded from the company's website
or by scanning the QR-Code on the quick guide in the product packaging.
The manual reflects the state of the art at the time of delivery.
The Manufacturer declines all liability for production faults and/or for damage caused by the product to property,
persons and animals in the following cases:
•
Misuse of the product for purposes and/or functionality other than that for which it was built;
•
Non-compliance with the requirements set out in this manual.
•
Non-compliance with the technical characteristics indicated by the manufacturer with particular reference to
the conditions of intended use.
•
Use under environmental operating conditions other than those specified in this manual.
•
Non-compliance with assembly conditions/requirements.
•
Lack of, insufficient or deficient maintenance.
•
Modifications or interventions of the product with respect to the supplied configuration.
•
Use of non-original or non-model-specific spare parts.
•
Use in enclosed and/or classified places.
•
Use near power lines.
•
Use by persons under 18 years of age or over 80 years of age, or with physical and/or mental limitations and/or
other illnesses that make them unfit for using these types of products.
•
Use by unsuitable, unauthorised, untrained personnel, including by reading and fully understanding this
manual.
•
Use by appointed personnel who are not adequately trained and informed as required by Legislative Decree
81/2008 in Italy (Directive 89/391/EC or Directive 2009/104/EC and/or their national transposition decrees) on
workplace safety.
•
Use that does not comply with the laws on machine safety and/or the safety regulations of the specific
European and/or national legislation in force in the workplace.
•
Total or partial non-compliance with these instructions and/or the prohibition and requirement notes in this
manual.
•
Exceptional events.
The user/employer's personnel are responsible for the application of the safety requirements set out in this manual
and the intended activities, and they must ensure that the personnel authorised to assembled, operate, service:
•
are qualified to perform the required activity;
•
are trained, informed and instructed in the use of the product and to carry out maintenance activities.
•
know and scrupulously observe the requirements contained in this document.
•
know and apply the general and specific safety regulations applicable to the product and the workplace.
Personnel using the product must present themselves at the workplace in a mental-physical condition suitable for the
performance of the intended and required tasks.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages, drugs and medicines that alter the worker's mental-physical condition is
strictly prohibited.
Non-observance of safety regulations can cause injury/accident to personnel, damage to components and the
product control unit.
It is a mandatory requirement that all user/employer personnel, and in particular the technical maintenance
personnel, have read and understood this manual, are familiar with and have the basic principles of
mechanics, electricity and are skilled in the use of such products/machinery.
Failure to observe the safety regulations and the instructions given therein may result in injury to property and
persons as well as damage to the product's components and control unit.
Reading this manual, although exhaustive, can in no case replace adequate experience of the personnel in charge.
The user may, at any time, contact the manufacturer to request further information in addition to that contained
herein, as well as to submit proposals for improvement.
