Replacement of ICARUS harvesting head teeth
• Place the teeth support (21) on a vice and hit the tip of the tooth (20) with a hammer until it slides out of its
seat.
• Proceed by inserting the new tooth into place, taking care to position the reference planes correctly and
making sure to butt the plastic notch against the wall of the teeth support.
7.1.4 LUBRICATION OF JOINING LINKS
This paragraph contains the information and instructions to be observed when carrying out lubrication in the
harvesting heads listed below. For harvesting heads not mentioned in this paragraph, lubrication must be carried
out at a CAT (see paragraph 7.2.1).
Periodically lubricate the connecting links (A) on both sides with a brush.
