1. After you turn off the stovetop, there are two options:
a) Slowly release the pressure and open the pot:
Make sure that the pot is stable and let it cool down natural-
ly (Fig. 12). This method is useful for braising food, then the
high temperature remains in the pot for a while, even after
the stove stoveis turned off.
b) Otherwise, use the pressure control valve to release pres-
sure.
2. When the pressure indicator is in the home position, all pres-
sure has been released from the pressure cooker and you
can open it (Fig 13).
a) Slide the slider to the center of the lid (Fig. 14).
b) Turn the upper handle counterclockwise (Fig. 15).
3. Match the „ " mark on the lid with the " " mark on the pan

To prolong the life of the pressure cooker, do not leave the cooked food in the pot for too long.
Rinse and dry the pot to prevent food residues from staining the pot, especially acidic and alkaline
foods. Rinse the body of the pot and the lid with warm water, adding a little mild detergent if necessa-
ry, as well as with a soft sponge cloth. Be especially careful not to damage the rubber parts in the lid.
Store the product in a dry and clean place.
