on the nut side (No. 13) without locking them to permit rotation.

At the end of the bracket, tighten the screw (No. 8) with the washer (No. 9) on the thin nut side (No.
11).

Mount the spacer (No. 21) on the screw and then mount the gas spring (No. 12) on the 2 screws by
rotating the bracket on the arm.
Tighten the M8 Nylstop nuts (No. 13) without locking gas spring rotation.
Do not restrict the gas springs by tightening the nuts too tightly.
