The PSC function is always active and cannot be disabled.

Also, no measurements can be made during automatic adjustment.

When the weight symbol
loaded the following message will appear

In order to prevent that adjustment is starting during a measuring
sequence, press the ON/OFF key as soon as the weight symbol
appears. This will cancel adjustment and you can proceed with the
measuring sequence.
Sometime later adjustment will be requested again by the flashing weight
symbol
