STEAM EXCESS VALVE (MODELS WITH OVEN)
Cooking meals sometimes may generate a steam
excess inside the oven. For this reason on models S
and ST there is a valve that allow to eject the steam
in excess. The valve is placed inside the oven on the
lateral side towards external and when necessary it
shall be regulated to open the air intakes. To avoid
possible burns, it is recommended to regulate the
valve only before the lighting of the cooker.
