2.4.1 Remplacement des courroies trapézoïdales pour
alternateur et pompe interne de refroidissement
La température ambiante, élevée dans le cocon insonorisé,
fermé (env. 85°C) réduit la longévité des courroies trapézoïdales.
L'air étant non seulement chaud, à l'intérieur du cocon
insonorisé, mais également sec, le plastifiant du caoutchouc
perd, partiellement, son efficacité en peu de temps.
Il est donc nécessaire de contrôler les courroies trapézoïdales
très fréquemment. Dans certaines conditions particulièrement
défavorables, il peut s'avérer nécessaire de remplacer les
courroies trapézoïdales après quelques semaines. Il est donc
indispensable de procéder à un contrôle toutes les 100 heures
de service. Les courroies trapézoïdales étant des pièces
d'usure, il est recommandé de disposer à bord d'un stock
suffisant. A ce sujet, nous proposons le "paquet service".

The relative high ambient temperature in the closed sound
insulated capsule (about 85°C) can be a reason for a reduced
lifespan of the v-belts. It is possible that the "softener" in the
rubber compound lose their effect after a short operating time
because the air in the sound insulated capsule can be relative
warm and dry.
The v-belt must be controlled in a very short time interval. It can
be happen to change the v-belt after some weeks because of
unfavorably conditions. Therefore the control is needed in an
interval of 100 operating hours. The v-belt ia a wearing part. It
should be enough spare v-belts on board. We suggest to stand
by the according service-packet.
