COMMISSIONING

It is essential to carry out a very thorough inspection
of the fan before starting, in order to prevent any
malfunctions and/or accidents.

Inspections of mechanical units

• Visually inspect the fan, checking that there are
no particular mechanical faults or foreign bo-
dies inside the structure;
• Check the correct positioning and fixing of the
protection structures (fixed guards in metallic
grid);
• "Drive belt tension check (High efficiency/High
Pressure) / MONTHLY" p.86;
•
CAUTION tension the belt after three days
of operation, failure to tension the belt will
lead to premature belt wear.

MESSA IN SERVIZIO

Prima dell'avviamento è di fondamentale impor-
tanza eseguire un controllo molto accurato del ven-
tilatore, al fine di prevenire malfunzionamenti e/o
incidenti.

Controllo gruppi meccanici

• Controllare visivamente il ventilatore, verifican-
do che non siano presenti anomalie meccani-
che particolari o corpi estranei all'interno della
struttura;
• Controllare il corretto posizionamento e fissag-
gio delle strutture di protezione (ripari fissi in
grigliato metallico);
• "Controllo tensione cinghia trasmissione (High
Efficiency/High Pressure) / MENSILE" p. 86;
ATTENZIONE Tensionare la cinghia dopo
tre giorni di funzionamento il mancato ten-
sionamento porterà ad un prematuro consu-
mo della cinghia stessa.

MISE EN SERVICE

Avant de démarrer, il est fondamental d'effectuer
un contrôle très précis du ventilateur afin de préven-
ir les dysfonctionnements et/ou les accidents.
Contrôle des groupes mécaniques
• Contrôlez visuellement le ventilateur, en vérif-
iant qu'il n'y a pas d'anomalies mécaniques
particulières ou de corps étrangers à l'intérieur
de la structure;
• Vérifier le bon positionnement et la bonne fixa-
tion des structures de protection (protections
fixes en grillage métallique);
• "Contrôle de la tension de la courroie d'en-
traînement (High efficiency/High Pressure) /
MENSUEL" p. 86;
AVERTISSEMENT Tendre la courroie après
trois jours de fonctionnement entraîne une
usure prématurée de celle-ci.

INBETRIEBNAHME

Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist es von grundlegender
Bedeutung, eine sehr genaue Überprüfung des
Ventilators durchzuführen, um Fehlfunktionen und/
oder Unfälle zu vermeiden.

Steuerung von mechanischen Einheiten

• Führen Sie eine Sichtprüfung des Ventilators
durch und vergewissern Sie sich, dass keine
besonderen mechanischen Anomalien oder
Fremdkörper im Inneren der Struktur vorhan-
den sind;
• Überprüfen Sie die korrekte Positionierung
und Befestigung der Schutzvorrichtungen (feste
Schutzgitter aus Metall);
• "Prüfen der Spannung des Antriebsriemens
(High efficiency/High Pressure) / MONATLICH"
