Handling

The choice of ropes, slings and accesso-
ries (eyebolts, rings, etc.) must be made
by qualified personnel. The use of unsu-
itable lifting equipment can lead to acci-
dent to operating staff and/or damage to
machines.
The following means of personal protection must
be used during handling in relation to specific risks:
Fan handling should not be done manually as fans
do not have any handles. Therefore, one of the fol-
lowing alternatives should be used:
• Manual truck: when loading the fan on the
truck, make sure that the shutter is positioned
inwards and that the guard is present (Fig. 13).
• Forklift truck: before loading, make sure that
the forks are opened as far as possible to avoid
damaging the fan operation, deforming the
bottom and damaging the shutter closing sy-
stem (Fig. 14).
• Crane: secure two bolts in the M8 bushes loca-
ted on the sides of the fan housing and hook the
lifting cable in the bolts (Fig. 15).
•
Make sure that a properly sized steel
cable or wire rope is used when the fan
is in use lifted by the crane. The weights
of the ventilators are given in the techni-
cal specifications table (see "TECHNICAL
DATA" p. 19).

Movimentazione

La scelta delle funi, brache e relativi ac-
cessori (golfari, anelli, ecc.) deve essere
effettuata da personale qualificato. L'im-
piego di attrezzature di sollevamento non
adeguate, può comportare incidenti al
personale incaricato e/o danni alle mac-
chine.
Durante le fasi di movimentazione in relazione ai ri-
schi specifici, è necessario utilizzare i seguenti mezzi
di protezione individuale:
La movimentazione del ventilatore non dovrebbe
essere fatta manualmente poiché i fan non hanno
maniglie o impugnature. Di conseguenza, devono
essere utilizzate una delle seguenti alternative:
• Carrello manuale: quando si carica il ventila-
tore sul carrello assicurarsi che la serranda sia
posizionata verso l'interno e che sia presente il
riparo (Fig. 13).
• Carrello elevatore: prima di caricare, assicurar-
si che le forche siano aperte il più possibile per
evitare di danneggiare il funzionamento della
ventola, deformare il fondo e danneggiare il si-
tema di chiusura della serranda (Fig. 14).
• Gru: fissare due bulloni nelle boccole M8 si-
tuate ai lati dell'alloggiamento della ventola
e agganciare il cavo di sollevamento i bulloni
(Fig. 15).
Accertarsi che venga utilizzato un cavo o
una fune d'acciaio di dimensioni adegua-
te quando il ventilatore è in uso sollevato
dalla gru. I pesi dei ventilatori sono indi-
cati nella tabella delle specifiche tecniche
(vedere "DATI TECNICI" p. 19).
