TIMING THE ROUND
9. Start countdown
PRESS
• The seconds central counter hand moves to 3 o'clock at high
speed, and the 45-second countdown starts instantly.
• The parameters entered previously are displayed for informa-
tion on the pts/sec penalties and tables counters.
10. Start timing the rider's round when the rider
passes the start cell before the end of the
countdown
PRESS
• Timing starts.
• The pts/sec penalties counter hand and tables hand are
zeroed.
OR
• Timing starts automatically at the end of the countdown, even
if the rider has not passed the start cell.
• The pts/sec penalties counter hand and tables hand are
zeroed.
11. If the rider commits a fault under TABLE A
PRESS
• Each press on push-piece
penalties counter by 4 penalty points.
• You can remove any penalties added in error by pressing and
holding push-piece for 2 seconds.

12. If the rider commits a fault under TABLE C
PRESS
• Each press on push-piece instantly adds the number of
seconds programmed in step no.7.
• You can remove any seconds penalties added in error by pres-
sing and holding push-piece
• The measured time can be paused under both TABLE A
and TABLE C.
PRESS
• Resume round without rider fault.
PRESS
• Resume round with fault committed by rider, and a penalty of
6 seconds added to the measured time.

13. End timing
PRESS
Stop timing, and display time to one hundredth of a second.
