E. Proceed with priming the brine injection
pump.
- Select the "BRINE INJECTION PUMP
PRIMING" ("Amorçage pompe doseuse
saumure") button, this will turn green.
- Start the injection pump by pressing
the "START" button, the status will go from
"STOP" to "RUNNING" ("EN COURS") and
the colour will change from grey to green.
- Stop priming by pressing the "STOP"
button as soon as the dosed solution starts
to come out of the pump.
F. Start filling the production reactor.
- Select the "PRODUCTION REACTOR
F I L L I N G " ("Remplissage réacteur
production") button, which will turn
green.
- Start filling by pressing the "START"
button, the status will go from "STOP" to
"RUNNING" ("EN COURS") and the colour
will change from grey to green.
- Stop filling by pressing the "STOP"
button when the solution overflows into
the production tank.
G. Production start will be displayed on
a green background.
- P r e s s " P R O D U C T I O N S TA R T "

- The commissioning function will no

8.2 ProDuctIoN
The electrolysis process will start and stop automatically depending on the level of chlorinated solution present
in the oxidant storage.
Using salt of insufficient quality for electrolysis may lead to repeated system malfunctions and void
The salt used must comply with the EN 14805 standard (type 1 dry salt). The BWT Industrial/collective
use range salt (e.g. reference P0009249 in 25 kg bags) complies with this standard.
The salt reservoir must be filled manually with salt, the level of this should be checked regularly.
