4.1 MaIN coMPoNENts oF tHE Eco MX NaNo ElEctrolysEr
The ECO MX NANO electrolyser system includes a central unit ❶ with
a protective cover ❷.
The central unit ❶ is mounted on a tank ❸ containing a reservoir of
softened water and a reservoir of brine.
A hatch ❹ provides access to add the salt required to prepare the brine.
The central unit ❶ is made up of the following elements:
• A control unit with touchscreen for control.
- Automatic controller ❺

- 24 VDC power supply for the electrode ❼
- Polarity inversion switch ❽
- 24 VDC power supply ❾
• An electrolysis unit purge and feed assembly.
- Diluted solution (15 to 25 g NaCl/l) feed assembly ❿

- Solenoid for the softened water feed ⓱ 8mm
- Production outlet ⓬
- Production reactor purge (8/12) ⓭
• The ECO MX NANO electrolyser, including a single cylindric reactor.

• 2 peristaltic pumps to inject the 15 to 25 g Nacl/L solution
- Peristaltic pump for the softened water ⓯
- Peristaltic pump for the saturated brine solution ⓰
• An automated supervision and alarm management system.
