- Disconnect the unit's power supply.
- Check all of the hydraulic connections, clean any solution residues on the connections. If there are any
leaks, take the necessary actions to resolve them.
- Check the production reactor seals. Where necessary tighten the joints, do not over-tighten.
- Check and tighten the electrode cable connections. Replace with new parts if any of the fittings
are corroded.
- Replace the Santoprene or silicone (as applicable) tubing on the injection pumps to ensure that
the injection flow rate remains constant. The replacement procedure is detailed in the "INJECTION
PUMP MAINTENANCE" chapter. In all seriousness, this operation must be performed after 1000 hours
of operation of the pumps. The periodicity is to be adapted according to the operating time of the device
in production.
- Clean the ventilator filters in the control unit. Replace if necessary.
- Check the saltwater and softened water intake hoses and check that their non-return valves are clean.
Replace if damaged.
- Check and clean the electrolysis cell, rinse with water if necessary; if it is furred rinse with acid.
- Clean by following the procedure described in the "CLEANING THE ELECTROLYSIS CELL WITH
WATER" chapter.
- Return the system to operation by following the commissioning procedure.

After a year of operation, a maintenance warning message will be displayed on the alarm strip.
The following interventions must be completed:
- Disconnect the unit's power supply.
- Check all of the hydraulic connections, clean any solution residues on the connections. If there are any
leaks, take the necessary actions to resolve them.
- Check the production reactor seals. Where necessary tighten the joints, do not over-tighten.
- Check and tighten the electrode cable connections. Replace with new parts if any of the fittings
are corroded.
- Clean the ventilator filters in the control unit. Replace if necessary.
- Clean the brine reservoir, check that the interior is clean and remove any debris which may hinder
the float switch and cause a malfunction.
- Check the saltwater and softened water intake hoses and check that their non-return valves are clean.
Replace if damaged.
- Check and clean the electrolysis cell with water, rinse with acid if scale is present. Clean by following
the procedure described in the "CLEANING THE ELECTROLYSIS CELL WITH WATER" chapter.
- Once the maintenance operations are finished, complete the dedicated service and maintenance
record sheets.
