A. When the production regulation sensors
are in the lowered position, the electrode is
activated and production will start.
- In the main menu, press the "Production"
button to see the production status.
The production status will be "START PUMP
DELAY" ("DEMARRAGE TEMPORISATION
POMPES"), the peristaltic pump start time
will be delayed by 60 seconds.
B. After a delay of 60 seconds, the peristaltic
pumps will start up.
The production status will be at "PRODUCTION
IN PROGRESS" ("PRODUCTION EN COURS").
This will end as soon as the production
tank LSH level sensor is activated, i.e. when
the storage tank is full.
Two meters provide the daily production time and the daily quantity of oxidant produced.
These two meters are reset automatically every day at midnight. A record log for the last 30 days can be
accessed from the service menu.
- When the production reservoir is full, the system status will display "STAND BY".
- After 100H of production the electrode polarity will be automatically inverted.
Power supply to the electrode will be stopped for a few minutes but the injection pumps will continue to
operate. "POLARITY INVERSION" will be displayed.
Normal production will resume after a few minutes.
A meter displays the total number of inversions, this cannot be reset.
In the event of an alarm, production is stopped.
To view and acknowledge alarms, select the "ALARM" ("Alarme") button in the main menu or the production
sub-menu.
The system can be stopped at any time by pressing the "PAUSE" button.
Press the "PAUSE" button again to resume operation.
