- Locate the new hose. Ensure that the tube
is well lubricated with silicone grease
- Pull the rotor backwards slightly and insert
the tube between the inside of the casing
and the rotor
- Replace the transparent panel
- Reconnect the hoses
- Wipe away all chemical solution residue
from the system
- Complete the dedicated service sheet for
this procedure.
- Return the system to operation by following
the commissioning procedure.
10.7 sHuttING DoWN tHE uNIt
10.7.1 short-term shutdown (up to 2 months)
Access the "restart" menu
To reactivate commissioning, in the service
menu, hold down the "Recommission"
("Remise en service") button for 3 seconds.
- Completely purge the production reactor
- From the commissioning menu, set the softened water injection pump to run for 20 minutes to rinse
the chlorine or salt solution out of the electrolysis circuit.
- After 20 minutes, stop the injection pump.
- Close the upstream water supply.
- Leave the system powered up.
Returning the unit to operation:
- Purge the reactor of all contents.
- Reactivate the system using the recommissioning procedure described in the "Recommissioning" chapter.
10.7.2 Shutting down for longer periods (over 2 months)
Procedure:
-To reactivate commissioning, go to the service menu and hold down the "Recommission" ("Remise en
service") button for 3 seconds.
- Completely purge the production reactor.
- Close the valve.
- From the "Commissioning" ("Mise en service") menu, set the softened water injection pump to run
for 20 minutes to rinse the chlorine or salt solution out of the electrolysis circuit.
- Disconnect the system power.
- Close the upstream water supply.
- Completely purge the production reactor.
- Recommissioning the system will require carrying out the pre-startup and commissioning checks.
- Change the Santoprene or silicone hoses on the injection pumps.
