9.4 "WatEr suPPly Fault" alarM
A pressure switch (NF contact) is supplied for installation upstream to the installation.
Possible causes:
- If the general water supply is insufficient
or disrupted a "WATER SUPPLY ERROR"
("DEFAUT ALIMENTATION HYDRAULIQUE")
alarm will be activated and the system will
be stopped.
9.5 alarM rEcorD loG
Press the "LOG" ("HISTORIQUE") button in the "ALARM" ("Alarme") menu.
A page showing all of the alarms is displayed. This lists all of the alarms which have occurred during operation
with the event dates and times.
This list cannot be erased.
9.6 lacK oF cHlorINE
Check that there is no air in the pumps, check the pump seals and ensure that the hoses are not pinched.
Check that there is no downstream chlorine peak.
Check the current across the electrolysis cell. If the measured value is less than 5 amps, replace the cell. If
the measured value is between 7 and 10 amps, clean with acid following the procedure detailed in this manual.
10. MaINtENaNcE aND sErVIcING
The unit requires maintenance and servicing operations to anticipate potential malfunctions or falls in
production. Certain parts are exposed to normal wear and tear.
Some time counters have been added to the system to assist and optimise the maintenance of the unit.
Risk of death (electrocution).
Live components may cause serious or even fatal injuries. Disconnect the power supply to the unit before
working on the unit.
Saline, chlorinated or acid solution residues may leak from the cell or hoses. Immediately wipe away
any such leaks.
The installation must only be maintained by sufficiently qualified personnel.
All maintenance personnel must use the appropriate personal protective equipment.

Solutions:
- The alarm will be automatically acknowledged as soon
as the supply is re-established and the unit will return to
normal operation.
- If the alarm is not automatically acknowledged, check
the connection with the electrolysis unit. This might be
disconnected or malfunctioning.
