Under no circumstances should an electrical appliance capable of producing sparks be introduced into
the tank without first ventilating it for at least one hour to evacuate all traces of hydrogen.
Before any intervention on the tank, ensure that the ECO-MX NANO is switched off.
12. aPPENDIcEs
12.1 saFEty cHEcKs BEForE coMMIssIoNING
1. The unit is correctly attached to the tank
2. The oxidant solution transfer pipes are correctly attached
3. The degassing column is correctly attached
4. The total length of the degassing column is less than 15 m
5. The height of the exterior gas vent is greater than 3 m
6. The diameter of the degassing pipes complies with the technical specifications
7. The connection between the transfer pipes and the production reservoir is correctly tightened
and sealed
8. The supply circuit pressure is between 1 and 3 bar (upstream pressure switch)
9. A water softener is installed upstream to the unit with the regeneration contact switch connected
10. TH check downstream from the water softener --> TH = 0°f obligatory
11. Check the brine concentration in the ECO MX NANO electrolyser reservoir
12. The technical space has sufficient natural ventilation
13. The hydrogen detector (optional) is installed in the upper part of the technical space
14. A ventilation kit with flow-rate detector is installed if recommendations 4 and 5 have not been
respected
