Non-printed side of the page is dirty
Toner may have spilled in the paper feed path. Remove the imaging
cartridge and then clean the paper path of the printer using a clean,
soft, lint-free cloth.

Option Problems

A font cannot be selected or the message REMOVE CART appears
Remove the cartridge, then press Continue.
Make sure the cartridge is listed in the table of available font
cartridges listed in Appendix D.
Paper does not feed from the optional lower paper cassette
Be sure you have made the proper tray choice in your software.
STD may be selected in the INPUT menu of SelecType Level 1.
To use the optional lower cassette, the setting must be set to OPT.
Change the setting as described on page 2-11.
There may be no paper in the lower paper cassette. Add paper.
Be sure that the lower paper cassette is properly installed and that you
have not loaded too many sheets of paper. The cassette can hold a
maximum of 250 sheets of 75g/m
The lower paper cassette may not be installed properly. See Appendix
D for instructions on installing the lower paper cassette.
