Paper Sizes Window

Use this window to select the paper size you want to use. You can also
specify your own special paper sizes and include them in the
pull-down menu.
The settings and button functions for this window are described below.
Paper Size
Use this pull-down menu to select a paper size for printing. You
can use any of the standard paper sizes that are automatically
listed by the printer driver, or you can edit the list to create your
own selection of paper sizes.

"Adding a new size to the Paper Size list" on page 3-16.
