Bringing up the Remote Control Panel
To bring up the Remote Control Panel, type EPRCPL at a DOS
prompt. Press Enter. This brings up the initial Remote Control Panel
menu.
You now see the main Remote Control Panel window, which displays
the mode selection: LaserJet 4L & EpsonScript Level 2, FX, or LQ.
Choose the printer mode that you want to change the settings for, and
the window for the respective mode opens.
To change the printer emulation, choose the emulation mode you
want to use from the Emulation menu.
Note:
EpsonScript Level 2 is available only when the EpsonScript Level
o
2 option is installed.
The EPSON GL/2 mode does not have its own settings windows.

This mode uses the previously selected setting. See the sections on
changing the settings later in this chapter.
