STEP 12
STEP 12
The reset procedure deletes the door path parameters ("STEP 9") and
all the advanced functions ("STEP 13"). It can be carried out in the
event of programming errors and restores the control unit factory set-
tings.

The control unit is configured for interfacing with various devices
dedicated to controlling the system and its safety, as well as other
functions. Below is a list of their connections and corresponding
functions.
13.1 TRANSFORMER
The standard transformer of the system (supplied and connected) is
230 V
* (primary) and 0-24 V
13.2 MOTOR
The maximum load that can be connected is 100 W (maximum 3 A)
for motor.

This reset does not delete the memorised radio transmitters
(see "STEP 8" for the management of radio transmitters).
RESULT
All the LEDs flash
All the LEDs continue to flash
All the LEDs light up in series
The red "error" LED flashes 3 times continuously
13.3 WARNING LIGHT
TERMINALS: 11-12.
The warning light is an accessory used to signal any movement of the
door.
It is configured for connecting an external warning light.
13.4 CONTACT OF THE AUXILIARY OUTPUT "OUT1"
TERMINALS: 1-2.
The OUT1 output is a voltage-free contact (relay contact). It is activated
through a button on the transmitter. It is possible to connect an
accessory with maximum 24 V voltage (maximum 3 W).
13.5 SAFETY DEVICES
TERMINALS: 4-9-10.
The control unit has two safety inputs available for voltage-free
connection (i) (dry contact).
"S2 Photo" SAFETY DEVICES FOR THE CLOSING or OPENING/
CLOSING PHASES. Terminals 4 and 8 can be used to connect active
safety devices during the closing and opening phases. This input is
normally closed (NC). For infrared photocells and safety edges with
micro-switch contact. The factory jumper connected to S2 Photo must
be removed when this input is used.
These devices also intervene during the door closing and opening
phases according to dip-switch 4 (see paragraph "7.1 Dip-switch
adjustment").
In particular:
DIP4 set to ON:
– during the closing phase they invert the direction of movement and
reopen the door completely
– during the opening phase they invert the direction of movement and
re-close the door completely
– with the door open they block the closing commands
– with the door closed they block the opening commands
DIP4 set to OFF:
– during the closing phase they invert the direction of movement and
reopen the door completely
– during the opening phase they do not have any effect
– with the door open they block the closing commands
– with the door closed they do not have any effect.
Fig. "45" shows a few examples of photocell connections.
