• the batch number to which the
insert belongs (Ref. 3);
• the "Single-use" and "CAUTION:
Read the Instructions For Use"
symbols (Ref. 4).
Each extension/insert cover is laser-
marked with the following data:
• the Mectron logo and "Single-use"
symbol (Ref. 5);
• the batch number to which the
extension/insert cover belongs (Ref.
6);
• the length of the extension/insert
cover and the matching insert name
(Ref. 7).
