REPLACING THE DOOR GASKET

To replace the door gasket:
• Open the door, use a screwdriver to unscrew the four screws and remove the external plastic/
aluminium guard. Press lightly on the dome inside the door in the direction shown by the arrow (fig.
A) and at the same time loosen the bolt on the outside of the door (fig. B), without unscrewing it
completely.
• Remove the gasket completely from its housing by pulling lightly outwards (fig. C).

• Insert the new gasket. The edge of the steel dome must fit perfectly in the gasket housing (fig. D).
• Press lightly on the dome (fig. E) to prevent it turning and screw up the bolt loosened previously (fig.
F). During this operation, make sure the gasket enters the door housing correctly.

• Screw up the bolt until it is completely aligned with the internal screw (fig. G). Block the bolt in
position by placing silicon on the external surface.
• Make sure the dome moves slightly along the vertical (fig. H) and horizontal axes (fig. I) by pressing
it at either end alternately. This allows it to adapt to the surface of the boiler edge once the door is
closed.

• Reposition the external guard and make sure the door closes correctly.
