Step 8: Determine whether the part (inspection point) is acceptable or not acceptable. If an inspection point has an unacceptable condition, enter in the Overall Assessment column
of the LOG the proper code taken from the CHECKLIST (e.g. MN, PN) or simply "FAIL."
Step 9: Determine disposition of the Beamglide™ Trolley. If in Step 5 it has been determined that the Beamglide™ Trolley is not acceptable, enter "N" or "FAIL" in the Disposition space
on the LOG. In addition, a notation should be made in this space as to whether the Beamglide™ Trolley is to be destroyed, returned to manufacturer/distributor, etc.
Step 10: If in Step 5 it has been determined that the Beamglide™ Trolley is acceptable for further use, enter "A" or "PASS" in the Disposition space on the LOG.
Step 11: File the LOG for future reference.

Paso 9: Determine la disposición del conector de anclaje móvil Beamglide™. Si se determina en el paso 5 que el conector de anclaje móvil Beamglide™ no es aceptable, introduzca
"N" o "REPROBADO" en el espacio Disposition en el REGISTRO. Además, se debe hacer una anotación en este espacio que indique si el conector de anclaje móvil Beamglide™ se
debe destruir, devolver al fabricante/distribuidor, etc.
Paso 10: Si se determina en el paso 5 que el conector de anclaje móvil Beamglide™ es aceptable para continuar usándolo, introduzca "A" o "APROBADO" en el espacio Disposition
en el REGISTRO.
Paso 11: Archive el REGISTRO para uso futuro.

générale du REGISTRE le code approprié choisi dans la LISTE DE CONTRÔLE (par exemple : MN, NN) ou « DÉFECTUEUX ».
Étape 9 : Déterminer l'état du chariot Beamglide™. Si à l'étape 5 il a été déterminé que l'état du chariot Beamglide™ n'est pas acceptable, entrer « N » ou « DÉFECTUEUX » dans
l'espace pour indiquer l'état dans le REGISTRE. Indiquer aussi dans cet espace si le chariot Beamglide™ doit être détruit, retourné au fabricant/distributeur, etc.
Étape 10 : Si à l'étape 5 il a été déterminé que l'état du chariot Beamglide™ est acceptable, entrer « A » ou « RÉUSSI » dans l'espace pour indiquer l'état dans le REGISTRE.
Étape 11 : Classer le REGISTRE pour référence future.
