4 Using the Regenerative Power System
There has been a current sharing fault due to the primary/secondary loop being out of regulation. This
can occur if the
termination switches
are set incorrectly or if one of the units in the parallel stack is
turned off. It can also occur temporarily if there has been a mode crossover from a load transient or
due to rapid up/down programming. If this is the case, set the current limit to a higher value. CSF can
also occur if the loop can no longer regulate the current imbalance between units. CSF can also be an
initial indication of communication loss with the primary unit; which will transition to PSP.
No secondary units discovered or 1 secondary discovered (if expecting multiple secondary units)
Check that there are no duplicate secondary addresses.
Error 332, Primary/Secondary Error
This most often indicates that the primary unit has lost communication with a secondary, and is usually
accompanied by PSP. Check that the primary/secondary
CAT6A cables
are installed correctly. This
can also occur when changing the primary/secondary configuration. Always set the primary unit to
None when changing primary/secondary configurations.
This error also occurs when there is a wrong ac line voltage that has been detected on a secondary unit
that is different than the ac line voltage of the primary unit to which it is connected. Always make sure
that the secondary units are using the same ac line voltage as the primary unit.
