To place a service call
In order to receive rapid service when calling for information on your cases, be sure to have the model
number and the serial number at hand when you call. This information appears on the nameplate.
Before placing your service call or carrying out any maintenance operation on a refrigerated display
case, the following point must be verified:
•
Verify that the values of the temperature and humidity in the store environment do not exceed
75°F or 55% relative humidity. For this reason, it is imperative to maintain the HVAC systems in
the store.
•
Ensure that there is no excessive air flow near the opening of the cabinets, avoiding currents of
air from delivery openings of the HVAC system.
•
Verify that the displayed stock is not in the direct path of sunlight.
•
Ensure spotlights with incandescent bulbs are not shining on the product.
•
Make sure the air return and supply openings are not obstructed, even in part.
•
Verify that no warm product has been placed into the refrigerated cabinet.
•
Ensure that the cabinet is not overloaded and the products do not exceed the case's loading
limit;
•
The case is properly plugged in;
•
The electrical protections on the power supply are appropriate and properly installed;
•
All circuit breakers and fuses are working and all power supply switches are at "ON";
•
If you are in an area that has voltage problems, try turning off all non-essential electrical
equipment.
