@ The Built-in lithium battery
A built-in rechargeable lithium battery maintains the operation of
the built-in clock when the Movie Camera is turned off. When the
Movie Camera is in operation, this battery is recharged
automatically.
However, if the Movie Camera is not used for a very long time, the
lithium battery can become exhausted. In this case, the indication
"&" in the Viewfinder flashes and the date and time return to the
initial Indication "JAN. 1 1990".
@ How to Recharge the Built-In Lithium Battery
if the Indication "& 3" in the Viewfinder flashes for approx.
10 seconds when turning the Movie Camera on, the lithium battery
needs to be recharged as follows:
1 Connect the Movie Camera to the AC Adaptor
or insert the Battery Pack into the Movie
Camera.

Leave the Movie Camera connected for
20 hours.
The Movie Camera does not need to be turned on.
eWhen the lithium battery is fully charged, it can maintain the
operation of the clock for approx. one year.

@ Pile au lithium incorporée
Ce camescope est doté d'une pile rechargeable au lithium
incorporée a l'appareil qui maintient le fonctionnement de l'horloge
lorsque le contact est coupé. Lorsque !e camescope
fonctionne, ta pile se recharge automatiquement.
Toutefois, si le camescope n'est plus utilisé pendant une période
prolongée, ia pile peut se décharger. Le cas échéant, l'indication
"3" clignote sur 'écran du viseur, et la date et l'heure affichées
reviennent a indication "JAN. 1 1990".
@ Recharge de la pile au lithium incorporée
Si l'indication " & " clignote sur |'écran du viseur pendant environ
10 secondes au moment ov le contact est établi, ta pile au lithium
doit étre rechargée. Procéder comme Suit:
1 Raccorder le camescope a |'adaptateur
c.a., ou insérer simplement le bloc-batterie
dans le camescope.
2 Laisser le camescope raccordeé a |'adaptateur
c.a. pendant au moins 20 heures.
Le contact n'a pas besoin d'étre établi sur le camescope.
*Lorsque la pile au lithium est complétement rechargée, elle peut
maintenir le fonctionnement de I'horloge pendant environ un an.
