@ The Sound Recorded with the Stereo
Microphone
This Movie Camera is equipped with a stereo zoom microphone.
Depending on the setting of the [MIC. SELECT WIDE/TELE/
ZOOM] Switch @, the sound will be recorded with different effect.
WIDE:
The sound will be recorded with stereo effect.
TELE:
The sound will be recorded with tele effect.
Compared with the "WIDE" setting, the microphone's
sensitivity is directional and the sound from distant
subjects can be received louder and more distinctly.
ZOOM: The zoom control of the microphone is coupled with the
Zoom Buttons. When pressing the [W] Zoom Button, the
sound will be recorded with stereo effect. When pressing
the [T] Zoom Button, the microphone's sensitivity is
directional and the sound from distant subjects can be
received louder and more distinctly.
®For normai recording, set the [MIC.SELECT WIDE/TELE/ZOOM]
Switch to "WIDE",
@ To Listen to the Audio during Recording or
Playback
When the [SPEAKER ON/OFF] Switch © is set to "ON", it is
possible to listen to the audio during recording or playback.
When it is set to "OFF", the audio cannot be heard.
@ Audio Dubbing
For playback, select the desired audio with the [Hi-Fi/MIX/
NORMAL] Switch @.
Hi-Fi:
The original sound (audio before performing an audio
dubbing) alone can be heard.
MIX:
The original and the dubbed audio can be heard mixed
together.
NORMAL:
The dubbed audio alone can be heard.
@ The Sound Recorded with Insert Editing
For playback, select the desired sound with the [Hi-Fi/MIX/
NORMAL] Switch @.
Hi-Fi:
The inserted audio alone can be heard.
MIX:
The original and inserted audio can be heard mixed
together.
NORMAL:
The origina! audio {sound before performing insert
editing) alone can be heard.

m@ Son enregistré avec le micro stéréo
Ce camescope est équipé d'un micro stéréo associé a la fonction
de zoom. Le son sera enregistré différemment selon le réglage du
mode d'enregistrement du son [MIC.SELECT WIDE/TELE/ZOOM]
WIDE:
Leson est enregistré avec un effet steréophonique.
TELE:
Lesonest enregistré avec un effet directionnel.
Comparativement au réglage "WIDE", la sensibilité du
micro est directionnelle et le son des sujets éloignés sera
recu plus fort et plus clairement.
ZOOM:
La commande de cette fonction du micro est couplée avec
les touches de focale. Si l'on appuie sur la touche [W] de
focale, le son est enregistré avec un effet stéreophonique.
Si l'on appuie sur la touche [T], fa sensibilité du micro
devient directionnelle et le son des sujets éloignés est
regu plus fort et plus clairement.
Pour les prises de vues normales, régler ce sélecteur
[MIC.SELECT WIDE/TELE/ZOOM}] a "WIDE".
@ Pour écouter le son pendant la prise de vues
ou la lecture
Lorsque l'interrupteur {SPEAKER ON/OFF] @ est sur "ON", il est
possible d'entendre le son pendant la prise de vues ou la lecture.
Lorsqu'il est sur "OFF", il n'est pas possible d'entendre le son.
@ Doublage du son
Ala lecture, sélectionner le son désiré a l'aide du sélecteur de
mode audio [Hi-Fi/M!IX/NORMAL] @.
Hi-Fi:
Seul le son initial (ie son enregistré avant le doublage
du son) peut étre entendu.
MIX:
Le son initial et le son ajouté peuvent étre entendus
ensemble.
NORMAL:
Seulle son ajouté peut étre entendu.
@ Montage par insertion
Ala lecture, sélectionner le son a l'aide du sélecteur de mode
audio [Hi-Fi/MIX/NORMAL] @).
Hi-Fi:
Seul le son inséré peut étre entendu.
MIX:
Le son initial et inséré peuvent étre entendus
ensemble.
NORMAL:
Seul le son initiat (le son enregistré avant le montage
par insertion) peut étre entendu.
