@ How to Insert the Video Cassette
eUse only SVHS/VHS. Video Cassettes.
1 Press the [TAPE EJECT] Button.
After a few seconds, the Cassette Compartment Cover
opens.

Insert the video cassette with the cassette
window @ facing outside.

Close the Cover until it locks with a click.
® How to Eject the Video Cassette
Make sure that power is supplied to the Movie Camera.
1 Press the (TAPE EJECT] Button.
2 Pull out the Video Cassette.
3 Close the Cover until it locks with a click.
@ Preventing Accidental Erasure of Recordings
When recording on a previously recorded tape, the previously
recorded contents will be erased and replaced by a new recording.
An important recording can be protected against accidental
erasure, by breaking out the tab (1). If the tab is removed,
recording on this Video Cassette is no longer possible.
B How to Break off the Tab

Break off the tab with a screwdriver in the direction of the
arrow.

Cover the hole of the tab firmly with two layers of
adhesive tape (2).

eN'utiliser que des cassettes vidéo SHS et VHS:
1 Appuyer sur la touche [TAPE EJECT].
@Attendre quelques secondes que /e rabat du compartiment
s'ouvre.
2 Insérer la cassette dans le compartiment, ia
fenétre @ vers |'extérieur.
3 Refermer en appuyant sur le rabat du
compartiment jusqu'a ce qu'il s'enclenche.
& Retrait d'une cassette vidéo
S'assurer que te contact est établi sur le camescope.
{ Appuyer sur la touche d'éjection de ta cassette.
2 Retirer la cassette.
3 Refermer en appuyant sur le rabat du compartiment
jusqu'a ce qu'il s'enctenche.
@ Prévention d'effacement accidentel
Lorsqu'une cassette contenant déja des enregistrements est
utilisée pour enregistrer, les enregistrements précédents seront
effacés et rermplacés par les nouveaux enregistrements. il est
possible de protéger un enregistrement important contre
effacement en brisant la languette de prévention d'effacement de
la cassette (1). Lorsque cette languette est enlevée, aucun
enregistrement ne peut étre effectué sur la cassette.
@ Pour briser la janguette

Enlever la languette a l'aide d'un tournevis en suivant la
direction indiquée par la fleche.
@ Pour enregistrer a nouveau
zZ Recouvrir ouverture a l'aide de ruban adhésif (deux
couches) (2).
